Unlike most other sports, the PDC calendar is a full one — sooner rather than later, we’ll be doing a breakdown of the evolution of the schedule over this half decade — from January through December, with only a handful of weeks off the entire season. Below you will find a month by-month representation of what we have to look forward to in the wonderful world of darts, and because of our constant coverage of the sport (both in the newsletter and on our podcast, DARTY PARTY USA) we’ll be updating this page even more frequently than others, with at least one write-up per month on the comings of going in the past few weeks.
You may notice that we’ve only posted below the first six months of the year, and there are two reasons for that: 1) Since we’ll be updating this post pretty often, we don’t want things to get too out of date as the year moves along, so we’re split it into two parts and 2) The PDC takes a little while to finalize the dates for the World Championships, so we usually wait until they do so to work on the back end of the calendar, in particular for December.
Now, on to the schedule:
JANUARY
We’ve made it through the first month of the year, and with it, we’ve seen the first major — the Winmau World Masters — zoom past. In a shock to basically no one, it was won by World #1, Luke Littler, in a full-length final against the second best Luke (and darts player) in the world, Leeds United Kings of Europe Humphries. It was Littler’s second win of the season1, as he emerged victorious against Michael van Gerwen in the inaugural Saudi Darts Masters.
Van Gerwen himself was fresh off a win over his fellow Dutchman, Gian van Veen, in the Bahrain Masters, which has become the “kick off” tournament on the PDC schedule.

FEBRUARY
February will be much busier, despite only having a single day of darting majors, with the final of the Masters having taken place on the 1st of the month. As is tradition, the Premier League of Darts commences on the first Thursday of the month, with the first four of 17 eight-person knockout tournaments happening over the course of the next few weeks.
We’ll also be treated to real sicko shit, with the first six Players Championships scheduled in pairs of two for three consecutive weeks.
The crown jewel of the month, though, will be the first tournament of the 2026 European Tour schedule, as Krakow hosts its first ever tournament in the series with the Poland Darts Open.

1 While the Order of Merit does, we don’t consider the World Championship to be the first tournament for the year in which it ends. So to us, the 2026 WDC is the last tournament of the 2025 season and not the beginning of 2026’s.
